Insight Craniosacral 4

Acute Trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Cranial Sutures

 

Insight Craniosacral 4 continues our understanding of trauma, with a focus on acute trauma, or shock trauma. We will practice manual therapy techniques and refine our communication skills to help support an individual as they navigate their recovery after a sudden, intense or overwhelming event that may have lead to significant psychological, biological and/or physical distress and disruption.

 

We will explore the impacts of traumatic brain injuries, from concussions to chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), and learn craniosacral techniques for treating the brain itself as well as the cranial sutures.

 

Prerequisites: Insight Craniosacral 1, 2 and 3 (or equivalent entry level craniosacral courses)
