Advanced Craniosacral Techniques:

The Lumbar Spine, Sacrum and Pelvis

 

Insight Craniosacral 5 focuses on the lumbar spine, sacroiliac joint and musculature of the pelvis.

 

We will learn a number of craniosacral and osteopathic techniques for addressing low back pain, herniated discs, sciatica and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. We will work with the bones, muscles, fascia, ligaments and nerve pathways that are directly involved in these common pattens. In addition, we will recruit wisdom from Classical Chinese Meridian Theory and Visceral Manipulation to explore the relationship between our visceral organs and these structural patterns and learn simple effective techniques that have the potential to provide immediate and lasting pain relief.

 

Prerequisites: Insight Craniosacral 1, 2, 3 and 4 (or equivalent entry level craniosacral courses)
