Advanced Craniosacral Techniques:

The Cervical Spine, and Shoulder Joint

 

Insight Craniosacral 6 focuses on the cervical spine, acromioclavicular joint, and shoulder joint. We will learn a number of craniosacral and osteopathic techniques for addressing neck pain, shoulder pain and thoracic outlet syndrome. We will work with the bones, muscles, fascia, ligaments and nerve pathways that are directly involved in these common pattens. In addition, we will recruit wisdom from Classical Chinese Meridian Theory and Visceral Manipulation to explore the relationship between our visceral organs and these structural patterns and learn simple effective techniques that have to potential to provide immediate and lasting pain relief.

 

Prerequisites: Insight Craniosacral 1, 2, 3 and 4  (or equivalent entry level craniosacral courses)
